The place is spotlessly clean and pleasant. It offers new-fashioned rooms with modern decor as well as TV, and every member of the staff was exceptionally nice and pleasant. The location is perfect and magnificent and they have parking on the street.

I appreciated this well presented place, stayed there for 1 night. All the staff was amicable, settled my issues. The king room was recently renovated, included a shower and bath sheets. Had perfect and exceptionally nice location on seafront, quite close to Solaris Centre.

It is a well presented and comfortable property located in South Shore district next to the tram lines as well as public transport. The hotel has a good and perfect location, still close enough to get to everything. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 20 minutes. The stuff are exceptionally nice and the room is reasonably large and bright with beautiful view. There is an electric kettle, central heating and an electronic key card - that's always a plus.

I have had a very good experience, this modern, exceptionally clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. Perfect and exceptionally nice location right by blackpool with the family, trams or taxis, and the promenade, I felt safe. Besides, the property was 2 km away from an amusement park. I had the king room which was neat and newly renovated with 4 beds. Could use an electric kettle, central heating, and an electronic key card.
